AI coaching from someone who actually ships with it
Your business knows AI matters. What it cannot do is cut through the noise. What is real, what is hype, and what should your teams actually change on Monday? That is the work I do.
I co-founded The Proxies, an AI company that runs fleets of AI helpers inside real businesses. I use AI on everything I build, including the site you are reading, which went from idea to live in a single working session. When I coach your team, they watch it work on their real jobs, in their real tools.
Who this is for
- Business owners who want a straight answer on where AI earns its keep
- Leaders whose teams are curious but stuck, or sceptical and stalled
- Departments whose workflows are ready to change but do not know where to start
- Individuals who want to build a real AI skill set, not collect prompts
Ways we can work together
AI diagnosis
I look at how your company actually works and show you exactly where AI saves hours or makes money, ranked by payback. No hype, no theatre.
One on one coaching for business owners
Private sessions built around your business, your tools and your judgment calls. You leave each session with something working.
Workflow redesign
Department by department, I map how the work happens today and rebuild the workflow with AI in the loop, live with the people who do it.
Team coaching and skill structure
AI skill assessments, development paths and real structure, so learning compounds instead of fizzling after the lunch and learn.
How it runs
Side by side, in your real work. I use AI myself to go deeper and wider than one person normally could, so I can review and absorb more of your business than you would expect.
Along the way I make people comfortable with not knowing, and more comfortable with learning. The goal is not dependence on me. It is a team that can tell good AI work from bad, and a business that keeps compounding after I leave.
Fair questions
We tried AI tools and they did not stick. Why would this be different?
Tools do not stick when they are bolted onto workflows that never changed. I start with the workflow and the person, not the tool. When people watch their own work get better in front of them, adoption stops being a fight.
Do you coach non-technical people?
Mostly, yes. The biggest AI gains right now are in everyday knowledge work: operations, marketing, sales, admin, management. No code required.
What happens in an AI diagnosis?
I sit with each department, map how the work actually happens, and produce a ranked plan: where AI earns its keep first, what it needs, and what to skip. You can run the plan yourself or have me alongside.
How do paid coaching sessions work?
We start with a free intro call so I understand what you are after. If it is a fit, I share session options and pricing there. Sessions run remotely and are built around your real work, not a curriculum.
Free seeds for this path
Workbooks and tools I give away. Take them whether we ever work together or not.

It starts with a conversation, not a contract. No pitch, no deck about decks.
