How it runs
We start by taking honest stock of where you are, then dig into what you actually want, which is often different from what you first say. From there the plan is built around you, your constraints and your ambition, not a template.
I have been training and developing people since before I was in tech, and it is still my favourite part. People grow when they feel safe and see possibility. My job is both.

Anyone who wants to build or learn: AI, business, product, career. You do not need to be in tech. Many of my favourite clients are making a leap between fields.
How many sessions does it take?
A resume and LinkedIn refresh can be one or two sessions. A career strategy with interview prep is typically a short series. We agree the shape upfront after a free intro call.
What does it cost?
I share session options and pricing on the intro call, once I understand what you actually need. The intro call is free, and the free workbooks on this site are yours either way.
Are sessions remote?
Yes, everything runs remotely. I am in Vancouver, Canada, and coach people across time zones.
