Growth and optimization: find the money you are leaving on the table

Your store gets traffic. Not enough of it turns into sales, and you cannot tell if the problem is the product page, the checkout, the channel mix or the offer. I find out, with your data, and hand you a short plan ordered by payback.

I have been around the block enough to see the quick wins fast, because I have done them before, across ecommerce, usability, conversion and channels. Big builds take time, but the small wins along the way compound.

Who this is for

Ways we can work together

Ecommerce and usability audits

A structured pass over your store and funnel. What is dropping off, what is working, and what to fix first, grounded in your analytics rather than opinion.

Conversion optimization

The unglamorous compounding work of product pages, checkout friction, offers and trust signals. Fix, measure, go again.

Channel audits

Where your traffic and money actually come from, what each channel really costs, and where your biggest short term focus should be.

Short term growth planning and builds

A sized, sequenced plan you can run, and website builds when the fix is structural. This site is my proof.

How it runs

Audit first, always, and grounded in your data. I size the gains, hand you a short plan ordered by payback, and then we fix, measure, and go again.

I use AI to go deeper and wider in review than one person normally could, and twenty years of product and UX judgment to tell the real problems from the noise.

Fair questions

What do I get from an audit?

A ranked list of issues and opportunities with the expected gain for each, the reasoning behind them, and a short plan for the first fixes. It is built to be actioned, not filed.

Do you need access to my analytics?

Yes, read access to your analytics and store platform makes the audit real instead of generic. Everything stays confidential.

Can you do the fixes too, or just find them?

Both. Some clients take the plan and run. Others have me alongside for the fixes, or hand me the build entirely.

How fast do results show up?

Quick wins are called quick for a reason: some land in days. Compounding conversion work shows over weeks of measurement. I will always tell you which is which upfront.
